The Aroostook Riders ATV Club was formed in 2003. We are very proud of our
growing membership. We are a club striving to protect our sport and lands while
improving our riding areas. This requires a lot of attention from our club and
ultimately, our members. We are continually working with State officials and land
owners to accomplish this feat. We hope to work together in our mission to make
our sport more enjoyable and safer.
The main functions of The Aroostook Riders ATV Club are as follows:
1.     To develop and maintain new trail systems.
2.     To promote education, safety and responsible riding practices.
3.     To improve Landowner/ATV relationships.
4.     To improve the public image of ATV riders.
5.     To educate fellow members.
6.     Adventure.
7.     Club events and family fun.
8.     To protecting our trails, land and the future of ATVs.
We would like members to volunteer to help the club. Just a few hours a month
can really make a difference. Jobs such as organizing club rides, trail
maintenance, contacting landowners to gain access for ATV use are just a few
examples. Any help is always welcome. People of all ages enjoy riding ATVs
and getting the whole family involved is fun.
2-wheel drive ATVs and deep
mud really don't mix well.  Went
through some deep mud and
had a great time despite having
to pull the 2-wheel out twice.
Here is a picture of the new
bridge over Skagrocl Brook, the
trail should be open and signed
very soon.
